Presents for the 9th year:

Basic Challenge Course Facilitation

@ The Adventure Center and Mercy Mountain

This 35 hour course is designed to teach participants the basic technical and facilitation skills to safely operate a challenge course under supervision. We follow the ANSI appoved standards set forth by the Association for Challenge Course Technology.


Dates: March 16,17, April 6, 13, May 4.


Cost: $295

9:30am – 5:00pm

 

Training includes a manual.


Topics will include:  Belaying Techniques, Knots & Rope Work, Risk Management, Spotting, Element Set-up, Program Design, Facilitation Basics, Group Process, Simple Rescue, Games and Initiatives.
